Group Classes

Mondays 6-7pm - Healthy Backs, Bridge House, Frome (mats provided)
Tuesdays 6-7pm - Healthy Backs, Bridge House, Frome (mats provided)
Tuesdays 7:15-8:15pm - Healthy Backs, Bridge House, Frome (mats provided)
Wednesdays 5:30-6:30pm - Healthy Backs, The Old School Room @ RISE, Frome (BYO mat)
Fridays 9-10am - Mixed Level, Bridge House, Frome (mats provided)
All group classes are an hour long and focus on all areas of the body, strengthening and stretching you out from head to toe. Group sizes are kept small (6-10 max) to tailor to each client's needs. Small equipment provided, although check class location above for mats!
Feeling creaky? Got back pain? While all Pilates is good for this, the Healthy Backs classes are specifically designed to support a healthy back.

Pregnancy Class

The pregnancy class is currently on a break.
If you'd like to register your interest for when it restarts, please drop me an email or follow the 'Get in Touch' button below.
Class is 45 minutes and taken at a gentle pace (although don't let this fool you, we'll still get strength work in!).
Group sizes are kept small (6 max) to tailor to each client's needs and allow you to meet other Frome mums-to-be. Please note, prenatal / pregnancy classes are suitable from 16 weeks onwards.
