Move, Breathe, Laugh. Pilates for every body.

I'm originally from Texas but have lived in the UK for nearly a decade. Although I was diagnosed with scoliosis at age 12, this didn’t stop me from remaining active (hiking, swimming, cheerleading, musical theatre, pole vaulting, hurdles, running – yes, I'll give anything a go). In the last few years I started to experience back pain, so an osteopath recommended Pilates, which has kept the back pain at bay and allowed me to return to most of the activities I used to love doing (well maybe not all of them).

Given my first-hand experience of back pain, I enjoy helping clients through injuries and staying strong when returning to the activities they love. I also have experience working with people that have spent most of their time chained to a desk or sitting for long periods, releasing back and neck tension that builds up.

The best way to describe what we'll be doing in our Pilates sessions is to tighten what’s loose and loosen what’s tight. Ultimately preparing you to tackle whatever life throws at you with strength and enthusiasm!
